EZ CLEANING SOLUTIONS Terms & Conditions

Customer Responsibilities for Safeguarding Valuables:

When booking our services, you are required to: (1) confirm the correct location of your residence when scheduling a cleaning and ensure that you have the authority to make the reservation; (2) make sure that someone authorized is available to provide the Cleaners access to your home. It is your responsibility to secure any valuables in your residence (e.g., locking them away) before granting access to the Cleaners. EZ Cleaning Solutions is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from failure to meet these obligations.

Cancellation Policy:

If a booking is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, cancellation fees will apply as outlined in the EZ Cleaning Solutions Cancellation Policy.

Lock Outs:

If access is not provided to the Cleaners within fifteen (15) minutes of their arrival, it will be considered a lockout, and the full appointment fee will be charged.

Parking:

The client must ensure that free parking is available for EZ Cleaning Solutions cleaners upon arrival and for the entire duration of the service. Parking should be on the property or directly adjacent. If free parking is not provided, the client is responsible for covering any parking fees incurred by the cleaners, which will be added to the total booking cost. If parking is not made available, the appointment will be considered a lockout, and the full appointment fee will be charged.

Privacy:

Although EZ Cleaning Solutions takes steps to safeguard personal information, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Users waive any claims against EZ Cleaning Solutions for unauthorized access to or use of their personal information.

Third-Party Links:

The Services may include links to third-party websites. EZ Cleaning Solutions is not responsible for the content, products, or services provided by those sites.

Fair Go Policy:

Our flat-rate services are based on results, not time limits, unlike our hourly rate options. We will complete the checklist of tasks for the service you booked, along with any selected extras, ensuring everything meets our high standards. Since these are results-driven cleans, we do not impose strict time limits. However, we provide our cleaning teams with estimated times to help plan their services. These estimates are simply guidelines, and our teams may work harder and faster if possible.

Under our Fair Go policy, if an estimate is occasionally inaccurate, we allow up to 15% more time than the estimated duration to complete the clean. If the property requires additional time beyond this, extra charges may apply. We will always contact you beforehand to confirm any changes to the service and any associated charges before proceeding.
